for example my eyelashes (my strongest point) always get complimented, or my tall height
but i never get fully complimented, its always little things like "your eyelashes are so beautiful" or "your tall" but never my full body

This is kinda brutal. If they like your overall facial harmony (known to majority as "face card"), they would just say: your "eyes" are so pretty..
You seem to be softmaxxed, so time to actually address your facial proportions
