Red Dead Redemption is pretty similar tbh, don't know any other story games though unfortunately

If u liked GTA V for the campaign u might like yakuza 0 although I heard some people say that it’s annoying to play it on mouse and keyboard instead of controller so it might not be the best pick (consider it tho) also can confirm dishonored is pretty good

sekiro, smooth gameplay and story is based af
outerwilds is brutally entertaining, altho first 5-10 minute is boring af but after that, you will be in a loop of getting into ur spaceship and travel in space wherever u like and each time you die, everything u have done from the start of loop will flash before your eyes.
