I can't believe I have to say this but there are too many delusional retards on reddit who think gymaxxing is the end it be all and a good physically automatically means a successful life. Ive seen niggas bragging about it and making gym their entire personality. I ask them what do they do. They tell me they do gym. Lmao. No it is not a sign of success. You are still a loser. Just go to your local gym in evening and you'll see plenty of jacker losers there. Guys who are on welfare, are in mountains of debt, have 0 social groups etc.

Anyone can build muscle, it doesnt even take too much work if you are young, work out hard and eat well. Yes, building muscle requires consistency and discipline, but let's be honest it's not nearly as demanding as studying for exams or building financial stability. Success=Money,Status, Wealth. Always was, has and will always be.

most gymcels deep down know gymcelling is cope. They only do it to give themselves the illusion of progress.

It's much easier to blast gear and lift heavy circle than it is to get a million surgeries

the reason so many men cling onto it is BECAUSE it’s something anyone can do. Any man can drain his time/money into gymcelling and bench more than the average guy. and it makes them feel special for their “dedication” to something so useless.

yeah man. im doing shit nobody else is doing(except every aimless young man on the planet)
yeah. im putting in hard work. im so stoic.so disciplined. so powerful. so brave.

Gym being a sign of discipline and hustle is the biggest cope

And most gymcels believe they discipline mog overweight Dad working 2 jobs to support his family . Just JFL at the utter delusion

‘You’re not locked in bro . You’re not serious about life ‘

My nigga you are micronutrientally deficient with failing ALT enzymes . The only thing you locking in is premature aging.

CNS overload - happens when you terra cope with weights- which most serious gymcels do (also with the most retarded lifts like deadlifts to the point of borderline fainting)

Building a good body is an instant halo anywhere you go.
Nobody sees you having 7 figures on the bank. Everyone sees your physique.

Having a good body is instant respect. Respect is needed for men to treat you well, which gives higher status and also for girls to be attracted, which gives higher status.
Both things make it easier to advance in life.

Imagine you're coming to a meeting and you're selling a product or company while being a twink. Nobody takes you serious. Now do the exact same with a well build physique. Men will be more attentive to your ideas and take it more serious.

TLDR: GYM = RESPECT = SUCCES

So called success doesn’t exist in this life, it's just a constant struggle challenge after challenge and fall until fall until the last inevitable and impossible to overcome fall.

The closest thing to success is the complete acceptance and best possible adaptation with that struggle, while acknowledging more struggles are going to come inevitably.

I personally frown upon anyone who thinks in ridiculous and unrealistic concepts of dumb, silly and childish-like wordly justice, for example "I'm chasing success" or "One day you will see, life will make you pay" or "You will fall one day and i will be there to enjoy it".

There is no justice in this life except very, very little almost as eventual as a miracle. Everyone will eventually fall, suffer, struggle, etc, and NO ONE EVER has lived this so called "success" or reached an "ultimate goal" or enjoyed "definitive justice" in this life.

It's like for example when people criticize someone for eating rice and chicken everyday while they can afford something more tasty and different. Like, DUMBASS, the dopamine rush he feels it's at least consistent, affordable, his body is adapted to it and it doesn’t mess with his neuroreceptors, while whatever sweet you are eating makes you behave differently, have dopamine crushes without you even having the slightest idea where it comes from, and yeah your peaks are higher but it's not like he couldn't feel that exact same dopamine peak with other enhancing activities.

Or to put a better example, it's like a dumbass criticizing older guys for playing "Trshy, bad graphics 90s-00s videogames". Man, when he was younger he felt exactly the same dopamine rush you are feeling while playing Fortnite or whatever, and in fact he enjoyed it even more than you can imagine because he wasn’t exposed 24/7 to music, colourful stuff everywhere, movies, pornography, and he really valued what he had while you will never understand that feeling. It's not like just because of having better graphics or gameplay you are going to feel better than him back in the day, because he knew no better just like you currently know no better than the people of the future.

I'm at a firm stand in being at your best potential in all possible fields you can, and being physically fit is definetly one of them. Doesn’t mean one is chasing an "Ultimate goal" of success, of one day looking at himself at the mirror and just feeling accomplished and feeling a dopamine rush that will last forever or some BS like that, but just by adapting as best a as possible to the struggle of life.

You could be the strongest in the world, the best athlete, have all the women in the planet, have thousands of houses, etc, that eventually you will feel empty somehow someway if you think on a fake "Ultimate Goal of success" or an "Ultimate dopamine rush" (Millions of examples out there, yet no example of the opposite unless they embrace acceptance, humility in acknowledging their weaknesses whole struggling to do best with what they have and have some independence), but you could have almost nothing except some independence and a good, healthy and more importantly adaptable routine (Which is not difficult, the human being lived in woods for centuries and could survive and feel good moments, and suicide rates were lower than nowadays) and be good and fulfilled, that's what matters and not some lie "Make everyday different bro". A kid in Somalia playing football shoeless right now is living moments of happiness that Elon Musk or Mbappe or Michael Jordan will never live again in their entire lifetimes, and it's due to him happily accepting what he has, but eventually he will struggle, fall like everyone else, and will also have to adapt as best as possible to all kinds of situations without expecting any fulfilling last achievement.

And let me add one thing, 90% of this forum problems comes from weak minded teenagers and 20 year olds who precisely think that they will achieve "Success" once they have sex with a woman, when in reality all they are going to achieve is a brief, extremely brief in fact dopamine rush, followed by emptiness and either they will switch their goal post to another way of looking for so called "Success" or they will just refuse to accept reality and keep repeating the same behaviour, i.e having sex every now and then with some used prostitute to reach the overly false expectatives they had, which they will never be able to do so.

Cope, after I got my first bicep vein I got my first girlfriend, after I got another on the left arm, I got two more.

That's 3 total.

A good physique is better for attracting women than being some beta bucks doctor or lawyer. Maintaining your physical health is a big sign of success. It’s just not the only thing.

Getting girls also isn’t success. You can fuck hotter escorts for few hundred dollars. Success means having power, influence.

Power? Like the power that comes with physicality?

Paying for escorts is pathetic. Even if they were hotter (which is rarely the case from what I’ve seen). A man that’s in good shape gets genuine desire. I’d take that over spending a few thousand to plough some bar skank.

No. Pick Glock 19 and you can put him down like a feral Hog in 2 seconds. I mean power as in power to influence, change lives. The power to make decisions over your own life and not be slave to someone above. free from dependence or coercion. It means having the freedom to make your own choices, say no without fear, and walk away from anything that compromises you in owning your time, in thinking independently, and in influencing others. That is power that cannot be taken away.

Guns are an equalizer, but it doesn’t matter. Height and muscles will always be seen as important. There was another video that I can’t find. It was at abar. A small guy goes to take a guys drink and he stops him. The big guy goes to takea mans drink and he looks at him, but says nothing.:feelskek:
