Contracting the glutes and lifting your chest/ribs

Or

Contracting glutes and droping your ribs and keep abs flexed

Ive always done the 1st one keep glutes tight and breat into your ribs ro stand tall but ive seen others saying glutes tight abd flexed ribs down
 
my posture is so shit

lower back is so curved
