you need to post a side prof for me to know for sure but from front prof alone its like average even at lean (which is peak) lips arent that good, nose has some failos, i can see that your forehead is big, hairline prob receding, low set cheekbones, eyebrows are not good, eye area overal aint that good, rounded chin and your under eye support (infra's) are recessed.

No, absolutely dont use hgh, your growth plates are almost closed (99%sure if this) and taking hgh is just gonna make then close prematurely making you even miss out on height (if plates are even open) if your gonne use something, use aromasin inhibs, they lower your estradiol which is the cause of closing your plates, take ai and maximize the amount of time your platee are gonna be open. (GET A SCAN FIRST, make sure your plates are still open otherwise your taking them for nothin)
