Good thread titles summarize what your thread is about.
Some people may prefer to use titles that force members to open the thread to know what it's about. If the thread turns out to be informative and good, then a title that doesn't match the content of the post will make it harder for someone to find the thread weeks and months from now. Many of our members and guests make use of the information in old threads, so if your thread doesn't have a decent title it will be hard for them to find it. You do them no favors when you use a title that has nothing to do with the thread content.
Here's some examples:
Good thread title: Is there any surgery that can create more forward grown other than double jaw?
Asks a question. Clear, concise, and to the point.
Another good thread title: Dark Thick and Long Eyebrows can add one PSL point
This title states exactly what the thread is about.
Bad thread title: Eyes
One word title. Doesn't really describe what the thread is about. What about your eyes? It's not a very descriptive title.
Another bad thread title: Eh
One word title. Not a good description of what's inside of the thread. Please don't do this.
