Not gonna do hypertrophy training anymore. Gotta lock in in boxing.

BROOO I AM WORRIED FOR THIS EXACTLY, LIKE NIGWARD MY TECHNIQUE IS OFF, WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU MAKE ME DO PUSHUPS. Truly low iq. Also I dont care what people say, but boxing actually doesn’t stress me. I dont get anymore joy then fighting in the ring. Its so fun for me, win or lose. Unlike when I used to run and felt like dying everytime

warming up, Idk why they tell u to do sit ups to warm up???
Since its boxing, they'll probably tell u to do some neck exercises over time :feelswhy:

No unfortunately I’ll still need to do neck exercises. I got concussed before. Its not a joke

Also wtf is ur gym our trainer never makes us do fucking situps to warm up jfl. Mobility/dynamic stretches/jogging is how a warm up should be

I did bjj, and the coach did a warm up of walking around the mat, running, jumping jacks and finally some sit ups.
