Goodnight to all my Euro Brochachos here is my nighttime meal:

Today we have a lil Flank Steak

– 350 g Bavette (flank steak) (one half eaten raw)
– 2 whole eggs
– 50 g cultured butter
– 50 g avo
– 250 ml pasteurized milk
– 175 ml coconut water
– water for drain

Protein: ~130 g | Fat: ~130 g | Carbs: ~25–30 g

Micros:
Heme iron, B12, zinc, selenium, phosphor, magnesium, K⁺, choline, taurine, creatine, carnosine, fat-soluble vitamins A + K₂ (from butter + yolk), and tryptophan + Ca²⁺ (milk) for serotonin → melatonin conversion.

Biochemically this is a neurometabolic sedation cocktail: glycogen trickle from coconut water buffers cortisol, saturated fats blunt catecholamines, while amino acids (glycine, tryptophan) cross the BBB and trigger sleep-onset parasympathetic dominance.
