Not very sure about only minority of people suffer poor working conditions. India legit have caste system, thousands show up for peon job. Even other curry countries have people who are dying trying to escape country for work. They abused worker probably is just grateful for job. But i agree that it probably is lot more widespread in gook countries and the work environment is lot more covert aggression which ends up in build up of aggression inside.

I agree with the caste system thing. That does make indians herbivores in mentality as well as their diets, in exchange for social stability, jfl. Though, the people who are trying to leave the country usually have money in their mind, not the working conditions. Indians will take all kinds of shit to their face and kiss asses if it makes them more money. A lot of them end up playing the same pleasing games with western bosses as they did in their home country with their indian bosses, but often the western ones see through it
