Just move to a poor slavic country (preferably russia, belarus, ukraine) but not to moscow or st petersburg, move to some shithole industrial town with a decent population size like for instance chelyabinsk. Gopnik-culture is still going strong in these places, and if you become renowned as the strongest and most violent gopnik in the rayon, you get a lot of hot JB gopnitsas blyat, especially since you'll already be richer than all the other gopniks in your neighbourhood (rayon) and therfore you can provide cigi, pivo, kvass, semechki.

Practice your gopstop skills blyat in your local neighbourhood first before you move blyat.
