Got a referral for CT scan limited to my sinuses, CAN I ASK RADIOLOGIST TO DO MORE ?

I just got a referral for a CT scan, CPT code 70486 CT MAXILLOFACIAL WITHOUT CONTRAST, but its specific to my sinuses. I got the same one taken before and all I could see when I used the online interactive imagine portal was my fuckin sinuses, I NEED TO SEE MY BONES GOD DAMNIT

Since I already have the 70486 can I just ask the radiologist to also scan my facial structure or larp that I need both sinuses and bones scanned for determining asymmetry?

fucking hell man can a nigga just get his bones scanned !

gonna start my own clinic at this point and allow anyone to get whatever scans they want so long as they sign a contract saying i am not responsible for cancers

didn't you post this before? The radiologist doesn't do the scanning it'll be the tech, Radiologist just reads it and gives it to the ordering doc.
Tech ain't gonna do any extra stuff since they aren't in a position of power to do anything besides what the paper says

go back to ordering physician and tell him what you want, it's 2024, looksmaxxing is trending normally. If not find another doc that will.
Went to an endo today to tell him I want my baseline test checked and he complained that I was fine etc, then brought up gearheads and social media being a reason and he ordered the whole panel.
