The issue is buccal fat pads, the reason your nose looks straight nice and small when in a resting face position its due to the buccal fat pads resting but when you make excessive face movements or smile it gets gum like, because the fat pads are not in a resting position, one of the best examples is Tom welling take a look.








From the side and when in rest face position his nose is calm, not a pint of gumness but when excesesive boom its gummy, so the issue is simply buccal fat pads espically if your parents dont have the issue. Now i need help with how to stop the fat pads reacting like that excessivly or getting rid of them anything diy please and thanks
