Got a sympathy-invite to a party, What do i do?

I helped some dude out with a problem he had at his school, and he thanked me and invited me to a party thats going on next saturday, I live in italy and speak barely conversational italian, while the party is FULLY italian, not sure what the fuck to do. He hyped me up cause i'm a heavy drinker and told me i can show off that way, but nobody else wants to drink so i dont even have that. I'll just be in some fucking corner watching shit go on and i cant even do anything, itd be rude to say no to the invite (i have no social life either way, not like i have other things to do). I dont know what to do, do i go? do i not go? if i go, what do i even do at a party if theres no drinking?? someone help pls
