Ok I’ve been doing Muay Thai for 4-5 months but I also had a 2 months break.
Today was sparring day and I got absolutely destroyed by this 16 yo Turk who’s been doing Muay Thai for a year.
I was just a fucking punching bag and I even managed to fell out of the boxing ring JFL
I feel like I’m trash in everything , no talent
Got fucking embarrassed in front of everyone, all of my 3 coaches were watching

Fuarrkk I miss muay thai so much.

Also your coach is trash if he's letting you get destroyed, hard sparring is stupid imo.

After round 1 he didn’t let me continue fight. Then later I sparred VS. a guy who had multiple fights on his back.He didn’t go hard as the 16 y.o but I still ate some high kicks to my neck and head ...

Yeah just be careful sparring with new comers and amateurs bro, its super injury prone because most of the time they have no technique and just try to out strength and go full force. Spar with someone who has a a lot of experience you'll learn more and get less injury.

I did muay thai for nearly 10 years and most of my injuries were nearly all from sparring/training not fights.
