I'm 6'2 been to the gym for 3 months now, took a break and this is my fourth month. Some guy complained to the gym trainer that I was on roids since I chew something ( nicotine gum) and go to the bathroom frequently ( I take creatine so I drink lots of water).

My lifts aren't even that great bench 90 , deadlift 120 ( only started two weeks ago) and squat 120 ( all 1 rpm and in kg). He was too pussy to even say it to my face lmao, prolly intimidated by my height? But the bar is so low here man, if you're tall and have decent genetics for building muscle you'll invite so much envy.

I mean these people go to the gym for two years and stay at a 90 kg squat and if someone knows how to workout ( these idiots do 20 reps every workout with light ass weight and don't even go to failure) and has decent genetics ( I'm literally at 19% bf, not even that fit) I have to be using steroids? Lmao , how do these people exist?

I also don't speak to the people there, if someone makes eye contact I shift my glance. So far I have made like 2 friends there. Maybe they think because I'm tall I'm chad and I think I'm better than them? Like no dude I come here to workout and I really don't want people chatting me up when I'm fighting for my life in the gym with heavy weights. I'm also not great at social shit. I DONT WANT the leave the gym a loser. Maybe that's y I'm gaining strength and you're stuck where you were two years ago? Maybe try chatting less and working more retard

If I had an amazing physique I would, these people refuse to work, waste an entire workout scrolling through their phones and when someone wants to workout seriously they're seen as an outcast. This mentality is why curries have the most beta physique in the world

In most gyms in Canada, most guys can't even squat 135 lbs below parallel, and they can't even bench press 225 lbs, even after many years of experience. And I have also rarely seen a guy deadlift more than 225 lbs, and they are proud of that, it's pathetic.

That's weird
My chest looks the same even though I can only bench press 95 lbs for 7 reps.
Ye it's harder to look buff when you're lanky

I saw some Indians working out in my gym and they were just doing low weight high reps and not to failure like you say. Thought about telling them that wouldn't do much but decided I better not.

This just screams of jealousy, no other reason why they'd care if you were taking steroids or not :lul:

I'd take it as a compliment honestly.

People just hate on curries when we get in shape. Most curries in the cities have bad genes, but some of us are farmer/military background and are pretty strong. I’m 6’0 180 lbs and I can bench 205, DL 275, squat 275, and do 10 good pull ups. I can also run a mile in 6:30, even though I don’t have much time to run anymore.

I think I'd have been a bodybuilding deadend if my dad hadn't worked out for three years in his 20s. He then proceeded to stop gym and focus on career but those epigenetic changes might have taken me from subhuman to above average genetics for bodybuilding

Yes, many curries come from families where their ancestors haven’t used their athletic genes and their genome deteriorates. If you start training young and your ancestors were active, you can get very fit. White people just want to keep us down by suggesting that we’re bad athletes. Meanwhile, we easily beat Australians and Brits in cricket.

"heavy weights"

Even if its 90 kg rather than lbs you're not "fighting for your life" in the gym, let your ego die down a little. Theres always a dude in an American gym doing double your weight.

You're not in a movie, your life is not on the line. You're overdramatic and sensitive.

Bar is so low lmao. Any guy who's somewhat muscular is doubted with using roids.

I understand why people are jealous.

I will never bench press 90 kilograms even if I train bench press with all my efforts twice a week for the next five years.

You said you’ve been going to the gym for years now?
Not for years, I wasn't consistent for most of it, but I have been consistent for almost 2 weeks now, and it is finally working. I found out what my problem was and what was making me write long essays, it was the ADHD medication I was taking, it was stimulating my brain so much that I wanted to write all the time and I was unable to sleep early and I couldn't eat enough, but when I stopped the medication in late January, all my problems got fixed automatically, I now fall asleep at 10 PM on weekdays and no later than 12 AM on weekends, and I am making very good progress. And because I started training a long time ago, I have perfect form for every exercise that I do and I know exactly how to get the results that I want and I am finally putting it to good use. I have often wondered why in early 2020, I had an easier time being consistent and it is because I was using a very low dose of the medication, and now, since I don't use any at all, I am even better than in 2020. Btw, since writing that comment, my bench press has increased to 100 lbs for 7 reps and my deadlift is at 200 lbs for 8 reps.
