had a similar situation once and just went for it. worst case she says no and you move on. but if she's actually down then congrats! key is not letting awkwardness stop you from going after what you want. message her something like "hey it was nice meeting you the other night. i meant what i said about drinks, when would you be free this week?". keep it casual and genuine, no pressure. focus on building rapport first then see where things go.
