Got attacked with machete during altercation. Deep cut into shin bone, shoulder dislocated. Seeking advice on BPC-157 and TB-500

So as title said I was in an altercation with my friends, long story short 3 of them pulled out machetes/ZK's, and we had nothing, ended up being hit on my leg into my shin bone and dislocated my right shoulder, about 2.5 weeks post surgery. TBH im being retarded and havent even changed my bandage (because i am poor, lazy and dont respect myself, and maybe some add/ autism traits, but fuck pharmaceutical labels), missed 2 follow up doctors appointments after surgery, been smoking weed daily, not eating enough micronutrients, not sleeping enough, doomscrolling not getting enough sun, etc anyway Im thinking of taking bpc 157 and tb 500 to help me heal because i want to go back to the gym asap + all jokes aside this whole situation has really woken me up to how fragile life is, and ive gained a new appreciation of my legs, gonna actually start hitting legs now, and plan to start sprinting when i am fully healed, also going to start taking joint strengthening serious because i feel like my joins are lowkey a bit weak since ive only been doing hypertrophic and strength training, not like physiotherapy, use to think "pff who needs to stretch thats gay", but now i miss my fucking functioning shoulder bro.

Honestly I just want to lock in now, im 21, and man i took so much shit for granted and fucked around and smoked weed too much, i saw so many opportunities to change my life as well, eg: crypto, posting content when tiktok/ short form content first came out, smma, and even at least making some money from fort before i quit on console (i had 1,500+ wins, 30,000 kills and i havent played in 7-8 years now- only recently have started playing marvel rivals like 2 weeks ago on pc since ive just been home trying to heal, actually just ranked up to gold 2, coming from console gaming). Most ive accomplished from 16-21 after being expelled from my school for not going to exams (cos i was smoking weed), was going from 50-55kg to 65-69kg heaviest, at 10-12% bf, benched 100kg at 65kg, can do 12 good form muscle up sin a row, can barbell row 90kg (but dont barbell row anymore), can hammer curl 25kg and curl 40kg on a barbell, made like 50K total (but spent it all cos im financially illiterate cos im lazy and my parents have always been poor so they cant really teach me), had a baddie gf for 2 years (but she broke up with me cos im lazy stoner with no job), and taken care of my health decently well, but Ive never been able to commit to something consistently for more than 3-4 months, never been able to hold down a job, and im basically a high MTN/ low HTN gymcel, ps: ik 69kg sounds light but i have pretty solid genetics so when i have a pump and im vascular i looks pretty good, i kinda mog most of my local gym, 5'10 barefoot-5'11 in morning, 19-19.5 bidelt, small waist.

My dream life is me traveling, making solid money remotely somehow (not trying to become a billionaire, im happy making 20-30k pm (and if you dont think this reasonable for someone living in a "first world country" then youre cooked and need to expand your brain to how much money there really is out there bc i promise you its possible and even if you live in unlucky economical country, just learn english (the language of money), and start doing something online, and stop fucking glazing white people like weirdos and focus on YOUR OWN life cos you only live once so why waste it being a cuck loser), staying fit and healthy, getting jacked (but not blasting roids jacked, like 85-90kg at 5'10 decently lean, or 80-85kg lean), staying mobile (stretching, jumping, sprinting, swimming, etc), being there for my loved ones, FUCK working a 9-5 for 40+ years, i get it at the start its needed, 5-10, maybe even 20 years is understandable but bruh fucking make some effort to build something bigger and not plateau for years like most people do. For some perspective the average man (in an economically stable country (compared to the rest of the world) like USA btw) is chubby, unhealthy as fuck, never works out, doesnt try strive for more than middle class, is probably balding, chopped asf (but their base probably isnt chopped theyre just so unhealthy and lazy that their health indicators are fucked), so bro this is your competition, if you think you cant beat that, then youre fried.

Please give me some advice on bpc157 and tb500, i had a cut into my shin bone and a recently dislocated shoulder 3 weeks ago.

I used it on a completely snapped big toe and it was alright. I'm a MMA fighter and a lot of them use it for recovery. As long as nothing is catastrophic and your shoulder was popped back in correctly it should be fine. But just understand even with BPC-157 + TB-500 injuries like bone breaks will still never be the same again.

Did it help you a lot? because my friend used it and it mended a bone in his forearm and huge deep cut on his arm and leg in like 10 days, the doctors said theyve never seen wounds heal this fast before in their whole careers, and yeah there is a dent in my humorous now forever, and i can dislocate that shoulder easier in the future, thats why i need to make sure to strengthen my joints and tendons after im done healing.
