Got caught drinking beer at school somehow

Some guy from my class who are only the one of the ones I enjoy hanging around bought beer from the near by shop. He can grow a full beard and they didn’t even ask for an id.

He called like 5 boys from my class including me to take sips of the beer in the bathroom

We very carefully hid it and used cologne to hide the smell

After 1.5 months , today they somehow found out. Brought every person involved and basically had detenetion. They informed my parents

My dad is not mad because he trusts me that I said I only drank a few sips but my mom almost had a heart attack and likely won’t give me an allowance plus I got suspended.

Now I’m trying to figure out how tf did they found out this happen after 1.5 months.
