Got diagnosed with a kidney infection today

Since Saturday I felt shit. Had a bad fever, vomiting, lower back pain, my piss burnt, unable to even get out of bed.

Today I had to go hospital, did a few tests and yeah I have kidney infection. I’ve started taking antibiotics and already feel a lot better. I still feel hella dizzy when walking though
