Got genioplasty today, need advice

Hey guys, i got genioplasty, 8mm advancement, but i need some advice:

My lower lip is super swollen, like gay lips, how to make it go away as fast as possible?

Also, i must wear this ugly looking mask, and have to travel 8 hours home, how to hide it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Maybe with eyes erased, but probably after getting rhino, it should be in july, but i'll see how genio looks first and if rhino is needed

But i'd post at the end of july with eyes erased if i go with rhino
