Any feature exaggerated looks bad, I think some medial canthus looks better than none but an exaggerated one looks just as alien.
What do you rate Chicos medial? I think it looks very good and foxy and not too extreme.

He managed to look good in youth becasue his babyfat acted as infras and made his eye area and side much better. As he aged the fat deteriorated and he descended. Among with balding and collagen loss he descended quite drastically.
