I injured my right shoulder by benching heavy without warm up

i can still lift but not on pushing exercises

225lb and I got injured on 5th rep

i can still lift but there is pain

im just gonna keep lifting tbh i need to get stronger for my size

i did push ups for 2 months before hand bro. I am good now I just had to correct form, I dont get pain anymore
