- 40% to 45% hydrogen peroxide gel from ebay

My Teeth are subhuman, it’s likely due to me brushing my teeth once every few days during my 1.5 years of braces thus causing my gums to recede.

Bottom teeth near the sides have receded gums

Yes it’s gross for neglecting my dental hygiene
but before getting braces, I would brush and floss my teeth almost everyday out of boredom.

I will post results/updates on this thread for oil pulling then white strips, and so on. If I feel like it.

This is probably cope because of subhuman teeth shape due to horrible presentation from my gums but I just want to try it.

Your gums are just slightly receded the problem is the gingivitis that you have
