I really don’t think you need both but keep us posted.

I’ve got reta on the way as well, I feel that using willpower to stay in shape is obsolete when you can just micro dose GLP1 drugs.

I want reta to supres my gigantic appetite, and since im really overweight dnp would help me retain muscle while losingnhella fk fat and dnp largens ur apetite

I never found DNP to make me more hungry tbh.

Also this, why wait? Just start your reta now cause you need time to titrate up.

Reta alone is better tbh. But adding DNP is good for that extra weight loss.

idk i asked chatgpt for my stats and this is what it said, basically i will be at 10% bf after 3 months with the same dosage.
im not 30% bf tho more like 23%

Yeah thats true i was thinking of doing 2mg first 4 weeks then going 4mg

-22kg = 1.5kg/week = 10 000 cal deficit /week = 1400 deficit/day = you should be eating probably around 2000 depending on your activity level.
you've probably been eating around 4000 cals for months/years to get to this
Also no training during the cut is really stupid, you will lose muscle in such a deficit, even on dnp, if you dont use them
You'll look very flat while on dnp since your glycogen will be depleted but it will come back after you stop
Also if you didn't gymcell for 1 year I highly doubt that you have that lean mass.
