I did run all my worries by him like you stated, but he told me that the results were stable.

He said that in most cases its just not neccesarry, but of course if it's over for your jaw, then as long as you have the money, most surgeons will do it.

Very blackpilled, but then again, each surgeon will have someone posting bad reviews.

Either because they actually got botched, which is fair.
Or the more likely occurrence, that they thought getting the surgery would take them from subhuman to chad.

i am getting the trimax + implant combos, i am still debating wether i should chuck in the jaw implants as well.

Money really isn't an issue, safety wise is more important, so any extra mm i can get to ascend i will gladly pay for.

I mean it depends on your issues really, if you got good ramus and able to do widening on both sides and your jawline is already pretty straight then it shouldn't be necessary.
