I recommend using Tazarotene at the start for like 2 weeks. Taz will cause purging faster. If after 2 weeks the purging is over, switch to Adapalene for at least 6 months. If you haven't started purging after 2 weeks on Taz, switch to Adapalene. If you're still purging at 2 weeks on Taz, stay on it 'til it's over then switch to Adapalene.

Switch to Retin-A from Adapalene once you feel your skin is really good and you don't have any more acne.

Just moisterize the shit out of your face. That should help with flaking. And use little. Just a pea-size per time.
I buffer, as in I first put on moisterizer and then retinA.

I heard a dermtologist say, that a pea size is enough for the whole face. And that using more didn't help much extra (just wasting product).
I only use night. because retinA reacts bad with sunlight.

0.05% is good, for anti aging. I think the 0.1% is good for people with acne problem or that are really old. For just anti-aging at younger age 0.025% is good. And then 0.05% as you are past early 30 orso.

I use 0.025% daily. But I use moisterizer 15 minutes orso before i put on the retinA. because i didn't want to go red-flaking. And I never did. Retin-A, imo, si for the longterm use and gains. So I saw no reason, to go hurry with it, and make my skin all flekey. Just took it slow, by moisterize buffering.

Yes i mosturize before and after (30mins) i ve applied 0.05% tretinoin , i apply niacinamide+zinc too After tretinoin . I don t have any bad reaction,but the First month i ve used It ,It was very Dangerous to my skin (lose skin like a Snake and become Red)
