Got zinc picolinate, what dose should I take?

I got zinc picolanite, just zinc, no copper or iron anything. What dose do I take? I heard at too high doses it can make our body not absorb copper, and copper is lowkey like buddies with iron i remember some gru saying that and so that would make us deficient in both copper and iron.

SO, what's the optimal dosage? Capsule in 15mg

this is the second one i bought btw, the other i bought i took 3 capsules everyday 45mg and it also had 1,300 something like that copper in it was that too high i didnt know copper wasnt to be taken with zinc together. i mean why does the company put both in the same capsule then lol

and i thought 30mg or shii, 15mg lowkey low, i'll take 15mg tho

100mg a day for long periods of time would cause copper deficiency and possibly iron

Then take 50. I took 45, no side effects.
Just make sure you take it with food or you'll have nausea.
