what are you fucking stupid? Talking about black pilled muscles and you say the gay gym muscles fags like. Only thing that matter is shoulder to waste ratio and more specifically clavicle length. Better swim and stretched like your life depends on it because 1 cm of clavicle is 10x more valuable that faggy muscles you listed
