Gotten addicted to video games at 19 years old

Ive lowkey gotten addicted to vidya games recently at 19…. When i was a kid i always played them but never had the same love for them like other i only played them because of my friends.

But recently idk wtf happened but i can sit for 5+ hours and play fps games or lol which i never wouldve earlier

What do you play? I used to play a lot of Siege back in 2018/2019 when I was in HS but then I slowly stopped shit was a huge cortisol spiker

Either i play league or i play fps games like ow cod bf6 and just cycle between them and some aim training. Im such a chud
