I have been using GPT for a couple morphs to see how I might look after certain surgeries how accurate would you say it is.

In this prompt I asked it to take my 90 degree side and morph me post BSSO mandibular advancement surgery

How accurate would you say it is to what would happen aside from the obvious ai smoothing and adding harmony

It changed everything else, not a good morph for BSSO alone.

This is more than just BSSO. Your Gonial angel got way steeper, aswell as your whole jaw getting more CCW Rotation. Also as you can see he projected your Nose by quite a lot.

I may have given too much nose projection but I’ve seen similar changes from leforts effect on the nose, especially high cut leforts.
