Yes, it does appear your maxilla is a little recessed. Sadly, the only solution for this is lefort.

Sadly I'm not home and not using my own device rn... But your side profile's not bad even with the recessed maxilla, I'd say it's an "if you want to", lefort is very expensive and painful, and you probably won't even be able to get lefort on it's own if your bite is okay, meaning you're could be look at a double jaw surgery.

In your position, I would just get the rhinoplasty and forget about the maxilla, it's a minimal issue when the rest of your face is fine

Wasnt referring to the shape but rather the visible projection. If his maxilla wasnt recessed his nose would appear relatively average.

Just need to fix nose tip inclination, maxilla is more than fine. “Big nose” from the side doesn’t matter its the nose tip inclination which is off in most cases
