Today marks the exact 1 year point in my gratefulness journal, every single day, I wrote one "thing" that I was grateful for in my life.
Today was the 366th "thing".
Reflecting on how good you actually have it in life makes you enjoy the things you have way more.
Be it a mindfulness or gratefulness meditation, writing down things you are grateful for..
Such a practice will most definitely make your life feel better and make you want to improve.
If you start to take things for granted this will take you back to reality, you'll enjoy the simple things even more.
To anyone reading this, I highly recommend you start practicing gratefulness, try it. You'll see how it feels.
Maybe you will not notice it but subconsciously it will have a deeper effect.
