They are taller but they dont grow taller. This is the dated theory of evolution, currently the scientific consensus is that evolution is primarily based on natural selection by environmental fitness, with random mutations rarely occuring. You could speculate that the epigenetics related to growing taller could change, but that is unlikely and all the reproducing people would have to mutate like that, otherwise its prevalence would diminish and probably disappear after a while
