I presume he had a bimaxillary advancement with genioplasty and with no rotation. This is because the nasal profile and position of the nasal tip seem to have undergone very little change, his jaw angle also seems to have been maintained. I will not speculate about the size of his movements, I have no idea.

3 weeks Post OP I said I would get bimax and post no matter how good/shit the result was, so here it is. Tried to keep angle, lighting consistent as I can. Movements were lefort 1 5mm, bsso 10mm (8 or 9 on one side, I had asymmetrical lower jaw movements), and a 4mm genio. I had a bit of...

Slight CCW rotation, but mostly linear. Occlusal plane went from 11 to 9.

And the movements were 5mm lefort 1, 10mm bsso, 4mm genio.

This is because the nasal profile and position of the nasal tip seem to have undergone very little change, his jaw angle also seems to have been maintained. I will not speculate about the size of his movements, I have no idea.

My nose did upturn a bit and got less "toucan" looking because pushing the maxilla forward filled in the nose.

Jaw angle actually increased(if you mean gonial angle). My original was a 105 and now it's a 110.

The biggest frontal changes were when I was biting down, my vertical esp. chin height would collapse and look short.

Now it looks the same whether I'm biting down or staying idle.

Another change was mandibular asymmetry. Now my jaws look more symmetrical although not quite perfect.

The negatives are my nostrils got wider, my nose got 15-20% wider. My cheeks look really puffy, but I'm guessing that's a result of the swelling.

Damn I guess this is what happens when he goes to a competent surgeon and not a back alley clinic in Turkey to be stuffed with shitty, oversized implants that would've made him look like a bogdanoff triplet, and be dragged in circles unable to get a proper revision.

I thought your nose hadn't changed much, because I attributed the visual changes between the pictures to the different angles in the before and after, the after seems to be more sagittal as your right brow is not visible.

Yeah, I don't don't think I've seen anyone get bimax and recover from swelling that quickly, but then again, he does seem super skinny. So maybe, he just always looks lean?
