A comment from the subreddit r/short
“I feel like there are a lot of physical advantages to being short. I've never been tall, so I don't know if I wouldn't be this way were I tall, but I feel like I have exceptionally good balance. I'm a very graceful dancer and athlete, and I'm very flexible. I just feel very agile and nimble. I've also recently gotten into working out, and I've found it's a bit easier for me to gain (at least the appearance of) muscle mass than it would be for someone taller.
Addtionally, I feel like I fit comfortably in airplanes, small cars, most beds, and many other scenarios where my taller friends have many complaints.
And, perhaps this last one is unique to me. I know most women don't prefer men their own height, but I do have a preference for same-height women, and being a short man, there are A LOT of women who are roughly the same height as I am. To me, there's nothing more beautiful than looking a woman you love straight in the eyes without bending your neck.
I kind of love being short.”
