Because in Greece, men have to serve 12 months in the military which wastes even more time in a guy's lifetime.
Meanwhile women dont have to deal with this shit so they can fully invest in themselves and their career.
A woman will ALWAYS be much more ahead of any guy her age, which means that she will always have more leverage over him in any sort of relationship.

They can CHOOSE WHEN to get pregnant or if they will get pregnant at all. Men cant make a choice.
