How I describe Greek Chin Pulling: It's LIFECHANGING. (Details below)
DISCLAIMER (THIS ACCOUNT IS A PARODY TO THE USERS ON THE FORUM EVERYTHING POSTED ON IT IS PURELY SATIRICAL)
I know it sounds a little out there, but hear me out fellow austismos. Greek chin pulling has been a worldflipper for me. I’ve been experimenting with this for a while now, and I’ve seen visual results that have not only made me look better but also earned me compliments and better treatment overall.
I got started on Greek chin pulling back during quarantine. Like most of us, I was doing some deep internet research into pseudoscience and came across ideas like Bone smashing and Wolff’s Law. For those who don’t know, Wolff’s Law states that bones adapt to the forces placed on them. So, I connected the dots and figured, "Why not try this for my jaw?" After all, my chin and jaw are bones too, right?
Now, let me just say, this method is revolutionary. People talk about mewing, bonesmashing, facepulling and every other broscience fad under the sun we’ve all read about on this forum. Greek chin pulling is in the same category.
INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
Bottom line: This IS NOT some magic pill, but when done consistently, you will see improvement boyos. May Gandhi be with you.

INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
Here are the directions:
- Start Position:
- Sit or stand up straight. Relax your shoulders, make sure your spine is in neutral position.
- Align your head with your body and look straight ahead, no slouching.
- Find the Chin Point:
- Place your thumb or fingers on your chin—just on the soft tissue of your chin, not on the lower jaw or teeth.
- You’re not trying to yank your jaw out of your mouth, just focusing on the chin area.
- Gentle Pull:
- With your thumb and index finger (or both hands), gently grab your chin.
- Slowly pull your chin forward in a controlled motion. Don’t jerk it. Don’t pull too hard. This isn’t about pain, it’s about steady, consistent pressure.
- Maintain the Pressure:
- Once your chin is pulled forward slightly, hold that position for 5-10 seconds. Keep the pressure comfortable but firm.
- Relax your neck and jaw—don't tense up, keep your posture in check.
- Repeat:
- After holding, release the pressure and return to neutral.
- Repeat 10-15 times in a session, aiming for 2-3 sessions per day. Start with short durations and gradually increase as you get used to it.
- Consistency:
- The key to seeing real results is doing it consistently. You want to make this a regular part of your routine.
- Posture:
- Throughout the day, keep your posture in check. Avoid constantly tucking your chin or pushing it forward too much. Balance is the key here.
Bottom line: This IS NOT some magic pill, but when done consistently, you will see improvement boyos. May Gandhi be with you.
