If so, what punishments could I get or can I just dnr to them?

And if it gets tolled once, what if I get my $upplier to reship? Am i then listed at the toll?

Order from a source within the EU, Norway is in the European Economic Area so there should be less customs issues. It's best to test out a small order first though. Realistically people don't punish for peptides unless they think you are selling them or they really want to fuck you over.
