Nobody can tell you exactly how much you gonna grow, Stop asking that shit here unless you provide a picture of your wrist growth plate xray. ( And even then, nobody can pinpoint exactly what's your final height is going to be, we can only tell you the estimate of how much more time you have left to grow )

I suggest getting this xray before you try to do any kind of "heighmaxxing" advice you see on here, because if your plates are closed or nearly closed sorry to break it to you but no amount of heightmaxxing is going to work

Yes. If you are 16 or over, you will only grow exponentially slower this year than you did last year, extrapolate from that.

Heightmaxxing is cope after cope ad nauseam, it's almost pure genetics. That's not to say that if your family is short then you will be too though. My 2 older brothers are 5'10-5'11, my mom is 5'7 and my dad is also 5'11, I'm 6'4.5 and proportional, no disorder. I probably have some tall ancestors but all my grandparents are dead so I have no idea, could be high prenatal T because of my parent's ages when they had me (androgen sensitivity goes up with age)- still GENETICS, immutable.

BUT I was tall ever since I was born, it didn't just happen overnight, I just grew proportionally to my age. So culcatta niggas who are initially short and have zero tall ancestors should not be asking these stupid questions, you will not be tall.

Just a particularly hard pill to swallow, I kinda get it but stop flooding the site with bullshit.
