So far it is not noticable, but I will have to dye it in a few years. No other solution imo

The problem is when it hits the beard. So far its mainly black but I guess I have to cope when it expands to the beard. I see a couple forming already

There are peptides that stop graying

Scared it will get to the beard but I guess we gotta go George Clooney route at that point

High iq question, its crazy to think that an extremely simple and cheap way of changing your hair color hasnt been invented yet

I will just dye my hair and beard as often as I need to when I start greying. (I am 16 and I don't really need to be thinking about this, I have autism)

dye every 2 weeks the roots and the whole once.

try not to do it too dark because it looks uncanny on whites and all hair dye output is always darker than advised.

try to add some blue undertones in it so you won't turn into a ginger undertoned hair when the dye will fade off.

There is this video I was watching. Anyone try this stuff?

Apparently grey hair are linked to deficency of vitamin B and/or copper. You may take these supplements in order to slow down or maybe even stop greying.

First thing is try to stop/revert it. There are nutrients that can help on it. Best one of them being copper, avoiding other nutrients would help you as well. Good to do a research about it

@bleksandre also said there are peptides that can help on it. Could you share what peptides are?

If first thing doesn't solve, second would be dye hair. Its a complicated thing because dyed hair its more artificial, and when the tint goes away your hair will have strange ginger color, which is very ugly. So better to keep colour as similar to your natural, use shampoos that preserve natural color, and if necessary mix the colour you are using with a cold one, such as grey or purple to neutralize the ginger that can be shown

If beard become gray than better to just keep shaving it all the time, unless your lower third is fucked

Good luck

So much shit advice in this thread. If you think you’re going to reverse greying with copper from you local Holland And Barrett, you might as well try subliminals too.

The gold standard of reversing greys is HGH. you’re going to have to pin 2 IUs a day and it’s going to cost you.

There is also evidence that minoxidil can reverse greys.

Accept and embrace, if you have a good hairline you will be good grow a beard and you will look like Zeus.

I read somewhere that low dose Lithium Orotate may help fight this, supposedly it kills off weaker mitochondria/cells & can reverse this.

It's probably not gonna work for everyone because "factors" but it's something to consider.

Also going grey is 100x better in your 30s than:

wrinkling, balding, having major health issues/obesity/IR, cancer, being 100% out of shape at at all times, etc. It's usually a minor "decline" that sometimes people reverse, but it's borderline impossible to have naturally full colored hair maybe at 70+ years old but 30s fuck yeah.

The fact that you’re 30 and still on this forum should concern you more about your graying. Get a life. Get married. Get cheated on, divorce, pay alimony.

my mother consumes 250mg nmn daily. it hasn't improved her hair

Yep the anti-aging stuff might color in a few head hairs but not enough to make any real difference once the greying has set in.
