women have been getting CS degrees recently, know jack shit about coding and getting jobs because of manipulative tactics. Women tend to manipulate men for things in general, so not surprising. But how are men not able to see through this, I think it’s likely due to older men not being blackpilled, the blackpill science can save man from female manipulation.

How can us educated young men stop this issue from arising any further?

I propose solutions - at meetings ask female coworkers difficult software or hardware related questions.

But u would like you guys to suggest more.

Cs is so highly competitive now so if anyone regardless of gender wants to get a job they'll need to know their shit. Are you stuck in 2020?

I reccomend you go watch Coding Jesus on YouTube, the amount of SWE who have no idea what they are doing is insane. He actually interviews these new grads, new hires and FAANG interns. I’ve done three internships and have encountered many myself. DEI is a big thing at these FAANG companies and doesn’t help. BTW DEI hurts Asian and White males the most.

DEI is extremely racist I agree, but SWE is brutal field man idk if these girls are just getting top tier jobs doing fuck all otherwise the company would just fail

They are getting fuck all 100k-120k jobs that could be taken by actual talented individuals.

Idk man all the successful SWE I know are men especially Asian guys they are killing it but you could be right idk the demographics in tech currently

DEI is only going to get more aggressive with Trump in office. The left becomes more inflamed when things dont go their way (same can be said for the right). Blue states try to incentivize DEI.

I’ve been seeing this issue manifest recently, you will see what I’m talking about in a 4-5 years.

Women tend to choose CS for the money, not the actual interest in engineering.

states can still make their own laws. Legislation and a president stating proposed changes are two different things (a lot of times not even in the presidents control)
