anyone know how i can start growing hairs on a scar i got on my eyebrow? i got the scar like 10 years ago but it makes my eyebrows uneven af cuz hair doesnt grow on it

yeah 3mm and minoxidil right after then it gets in ur bloodstream it hurts but works wonders dont listen to what anyone says online
