Is it possible to grow a bigger mandible after 23? I think someone here posted that if I train muscles around the jaw they will strengthen the bones,.is that legit? Or gymcelling? Any ideas? I think.thats a highly umderrated feature every model has

There is masseter training, also i saw people mention the zygomaticus muscle but i have never seen a thread/post explaining how to train it.

I doubt there are more facial muscles of which you would benefit from training.

There are also some exercises to shorten the philtrum, i don't know if they are legit since i never looked into it.
