mk677 is not placebo itself, it has been shown to raise HGH levels by a good margin, it's just nowhere near as effective as real HGH. It certainly won't give you growing pains.

1 day of MK doesn't change anything, it's all placebo right now whether you want to believe it or not. Relax and things will happen in the longterm, no point looking at short term and trying to get instant gratification MK will give you gains that will be real in 8 months ~~~
