so i have buzzed and been buzzed for a while.

i am now gonna regrow my hair. i think it will take around 7-8months to get desired length - not sure tho

i have re buzzed so i start fresh with no hair damage at all.

what do i do or not do to ensure that my hair will grow perfectly healthy and i keep it perfectly healthy.

thanks

have you read bucketcrab's hair guide?
if you want product recommendations we'd have to know your hair type and concerns. doctors don't give you recommendations based on a picture and a question
doctors are full of shit. don’t listen to them. doctors treat symptoms, they never fix the cause of anything
that’s what i did. 3 months in rn. looks very awkward rn, but i have buzzed before, a decent length usually comes in the 5th or 6th month

Microfiber towel and try no shampoo at all if you can or even conditioner check the labels for bad chemicals.
I used to only use water and it worked like a charm.

well i’m not entirely sure because that’s curly hair. i have straight hair so my hair goes straight down and it looks long already in 6 months.

but that looks like it’d take about 7 months. but honestly, by 5 it should already look decent and not so awkward

A proper diet rich in vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids, promotes hair growth and strength. Regular scalp massages also promote blood flow to the scalp, thus improving hair growth. Gentle shampoos and conditioners with no sulfates can be utilized to avoid stripping the scalp and hair of natural oils. Deep conditioning treatments and regular trims will help keep the hair in good shape. Hydration makes a lot of difference, so plenty of water consumption may be helpful. Also, preventing your hair from excessive heat styling and using too many chemicals can help prevent damage to it.

do you even recommended using any products really? wouldn’t it be better to limit / not use at all.
i won’t be using any styling products tbh or heat since it will inevitably damage hair.

its healthy for the hair and the only product i use on my hair rn, you dont wanna over do it with 5 diff products but just using one nourishing leave in conditioner will have no downsides

I'm studying Nutrigenomics, and there's a nuance to how doctors treat issues. Doctors work with limited information and resources, and their goal is to alleviate suffering, not exactly to give you a shopping list and fix your hormones completely.

i gotta ask him for an update, but from what i know, nothing happened yet. they did open an investigation tho
