5’10 at 14. I’m taking melatonin to increase rem sleep to increase hgh levels and taking zinc, calcium and magnesium. What else should i be doing to maximize growth

generelly you should be having enough of all vitamins and minerals, other then that a gh would be good

i haven’t really had a problem with girls the last year but i have been ugly for mostly my whole life since i discovered looksmaxing but there is always room to improve and to get better at

Understand, dont listen to that retard at that age the best you can do is focus on your diet and habits. If your planing to post your face for a rating dont do it insted ask for ratings on dms (there is a private ratings section) or ask for them on discord, another method is using imgur to delete images later but dont do it tho.

a few $100? 6ft is basically the bare minimum for average looking men to obtain a meaningful smv. I thought the general consensus of this forum was to do anything that could equate to any potential advantage.

u r stupid for supplementing melatonin and will never regain ur natural melatonin production, the pills ur supplying have 10mg melatonin while ur body naturally produces 0.3-0.5g enjoy being addicted

Everything you fucking own is probably chinese, the average diet is toxic to humans and would negatively impact development and hormonal mechanisms significantly more than a bio-identical peptide. HGH is something that is prescribed for this exact purpose to kids that don't even have any biological flags, these things basically make up for the suppression modern lifestyle has on your body.

there's no evidence for significant tolerance accumulation from supplementing melatonin, endogenously its purely your bodies natural response to dark in rhythm to circadian cycle. I've seen people take up to 1000mg (for anti-oxidant purposes) with no major issues. Go spew your retardism somewhere else.

Incorrect, like I mentioned your endogenous production of melatonin doesn't cease with regular doses. Even if it did you could just continue supplementing melatonin anyways, not a big deal. Ideally you should be woken up by the sun anyways.

i’m not addicted to melatonin i js started back on melatonin i was off of it for 6 months got back on i have no problem going to sleep without it there is no actual studies of your natural melatonin levels going down after taking it
