When I was a kid I genuinely thought adults chose haircuts they liked, it seemed logical to me they wear their hair in a certain way because that’s how they liked it.

Fast forward now, after learning about male pattern baldness and noticing how prevalent it is among Europeans I now see most adults wear their hair the way it is because they are either trying to hide their receeding hairlines or facial failos

I miss being a kid. Now my brain is rotten and whenever I see a man on the street I immediately focus on their hairlines.

Ah yes also the caps. When I was a kid I thought it’s totally normal that adult men wear baseball caps. It didn’t hit me how strange it is when people wear them inside buildings. Now whenever I see a gymcel in a baseball cap I immediately know what is up. Like no sane people would wear caps constantly with a full head of hair

At NW2.5, I am now a full-time capfrauder. Why would you want to have more sunlight on your face though? It's inconvenient to take it off when you go inside (during the day).
