be aware not everyone needs an AI their first cycle, listen to your body and if you have access to getting bloodwork done then by all means go for it. Crashing your estrogen is hell.

when I say AI I mean Aromatase Inhibitor, some common AI's are armidex, enemestane etc. They're used to lower/control estrogen levels while on test.

dont have AI in cycle just have it on hand in case of aromatization u really dont need it
