Looked at many various sources online and to be honest it is a mixed bag but im wanting to hear what you guys think so please drop a comment

Regarding growth plates , what is the order they tend to close? General consensus says its hands/feet(16-17, then legs and arms(17-19), and then finally the spine (approx open until early 20s.)
Technically if spinal plates close late and enough hgh/igf1 is present wouldn't the spine grow hence making you taller? Can be promoted with weighted hanging, decompression, intense stretching routines, microfractruring etc?

Lets keep it educational and logical not some "cope bullshit" like usual.

Anyone have any insight like have anyone grown in legs but not arms, or experienced spinal growth after closure of leg plates etc etc
