How do i keep my growth plates open? And does taking my testosterone enhancing pills/injection close my growth plates?

There’s no point in risking ending your growth spurt early, I get bloods once every 3-6 months to see my alkaline phosphate, it’s sky high rn which means my growth plates are still open and I’m growing taller (at 19 btw had my growth spurt this year from 5’10-6’3) so there’s no point in risking it yet. Not high IQ enough to know how to prevent growth plates from closing on test.

I mean 5’11 isn’t a bad height you don’t even need to fraud to say 6ft. But if your gonna hop on test you need to get bloods done before anyways so it’s worth checking

but at least for me 5'11 is liveable and there are a lot of countries i could geomaxx to i where i would be taller. also im white and about mtn so life could be worse
